Focusing on the Negative
Focusing only on the negative impacts everyone around me. The Elder Thaddeus tells us that we can be either very good, or very bad, depending on the thoughts and desires we breed.
Focusing on negative thoughts impacts even the whole world. The Elder Thaddeus tells us we can be either very good, or very bad, depending on the thoughts and desires we breed. “Our life depends on the kind of thoughts we nurture. If our thoughts are peaceful, calm, meek, and kind, then that is what our life is like.“
There is certainly a lot that is wrong with the world, but if there is to be peace in our world, it must begin with me. When I allow destructive thoughts to destroy my peace, the peace around is me is destroyed.
I cannot blame the world, for whatever happens around me, radiates from me. Blame for all that is wrong with the world cannot be placed beyond my own heart.
