Manifest The Wonder
“God became Man so that He could serve us in our small matters, so that we could discover that glory does not come from greatness, but from God, and that God is He Who descends and renounces Himself so He can come to us! This is what we learn with His grace! And we will thus learn that the wonder of being does not vanish when I cook, when I weed the garden, when I wash my children’s underwear, when someone dear to me nags me or expects something from me, when I am sick, when I am bored…On the contrary! That is when this wonder becomes manifested. But only if we turn all these into a liturgy, a permanent epiclesis, a calling on the Holy Spirit Who is given to us so we can sanctify ourselves and our whole lives!”
