Christ is Born! Glorify Him!

Please continue praying for me. I have been unable to serve this week, so Hieromonk Paul is having to do all the Nativity services. I’ve got a lot of healing to do before I’m back to normal. The atrial fibrillation is especially hard on me, and I have been totally exhausted since my release from the hospital on Sunday afternoon. Lots of medications to take throughout the day and night, and many doctor appointments coming up, including one with my primary physician tomorrow afternoon. This congestive heart failure has really taken me by storm.

Love in Christ,
Abbot Tryphon

  1. So good to read a post from you, Father. Now that we know you are on the mend, stop adding to your stress by posting and contemplate what new things you will be sharing with us in a few weeks from this trial.

  2. You’re in our prayers Father. Since my heart attack and a stent 3 years ago, I have been taking vitamin C and feeling very good. I take about 2,000 – 3,000mg of pure vitamin C powder every day. Humans can’t make vitamin C – that’s a real problem. It creates collagen that repairs our cells.
