I hear ya – I’m aging myself, and often have technical difficulties too! 🙂
Father Tryphon, maybe you should get a PC. ;-P (I say this after having watched your two videos “I Will Walk With You”. I’ve watched them twice (so far), they were absolutely wonderful!)

I use a Mac Book Pro—my Apple Care had expired 3 yrs ago–recently I had problems b/c my OS is old like me—I phoned them and they were extremely helpful—I was willing to pay for their services—but they didn’t want my money.
