My heart went back into AFib in the early hours. My cardiologist, Dr. Peter Demopulos, is planning another cardioversion this morning. Please pray for me. Now entering day six in the hospital. I’m scheduled to fly to the East Coast for a series of talks at Michigan State University, and an OCA parish in Detroit, and the Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Baltimore on Wednesday. Need your prayers so I don’t have to cancel my speaking tour. I’ve so been looking forward to sharing Orthodoxy with the wonderful people of these two cities.
With love in Christ,
Abbot Tryphon

  9. Dear Lord, Have mercy on me a sinner, please loving Healer, give your humble servant, (Abbott) Tryphon strength to do his ministry and heal him for the sake of all of us, who love him and need his gifts and holiness still in our world. According to your will O God, please give him courage and peace in whatever your decision is for him. Asking for a miracle, dear Lord. 10. Please forgive me, I thought you had returned home already. You are always in our prayers, but we have added some extra ones for you and your monastery.

P.S. Papa John had a-fib that wouldn’the resolve with cardioversion until he went home at age 94! He also had a major heart attack when he was only 51. We pray that you reach age 94 also….preferably without a-fib.
